Recital Day!! So fun, but SO stressful! Next year, I will have a much better idea of what to expect. The morning got off to a rough start - somehow I mixed up the times, and we were leaving our house at the time when we were actually supposed to BE there. Oops! We were about twenty five minutes late, but no biggie. Then, we get there and I told Brian to go ahead and bring Mer's flowers in, because I didn't want them to wilt in the car, and his face went blank...he left her flowers at home! Knowing she would be crushed to see all the other girls carrying flowers afterwards, he ran to the nearby Kroger and picked up a new bouquet, and we were good to go!
Again, entertaining 10 four year olds for two hours...yikes!

Holy cow...sponge rollers gone crazy. When I took them out, I literally could not believe my eyes. Did not even look like Meredith! It really looked like African hair!

Gamommy kept Libby Kate, so we got to have a Mer Mer day! It was great, no clue how we could have kept up with Libby Kate for two hours and Brian not miss the dances. So proud of our tiny dancer and her first recital on the big stage. I hope we have many more years of dance...she is a JOY to watch!
